Welcome to Aimvoice. We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains how we handle your data when you use our invoice management and payment verification services.

2. Information We Collect

To provide our core services (payment verification and financial dashboards), we collect the following categories of information only with your explicit consent:

Personal Information

  • Full name
  • Phone number
  • Email address

Financial Information

  • Bank name and bank account number (for identity verification)
  • Transaction references, payment amounts, and payer/payee names (e.g., from Telebirr or bank receipts)

Photos / Media

  • Photos of payment receipts or verification documents uploaded by you

Account Data

  • Information required to manage your invoices and business profile

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data strictly for the following purposes:

  • Personal Analytics: To generate the financial charts and reports on your private user dashboard.
  • Payment Verification: To verify transaction legitimacy via local financial networks.
  • Identity & Account Management: To associate your invoices and transactions with your verified account.
  • Service Operation: We do not sell or share this data with third parties. As a developer, I cannot access your individual financial transaction details; they are encrypted and tied to your account.

4. Account Deletion

You have the right to delete your account and all associated personal data at any time. Once your account is deleted, this information is permanently purged from our servers and cannot be recovered.

Deleted data includes, but is not limited to: your name, phone number, email, bank details, uploaded photos, and all transaction records linked to your account.

How to delete your account:

  • In-app: Go to Settings → Delete Account within the Aimvoice app and follow the on-screen instructions.
  • By email: Contact us at mahfuzmujiib@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and we will process your request within 7 business days.

Note: We may retain certain records where required by applicable law (e.g., for tax or fraud-prevention purposes), but these will be limited to the minimum required by law and will not be used for any other purpose.

5. Your Rights & Data Control

You have full control over your data. In compliance with Google Play policies and applicable data protection laws, we provide:

  • Right to Delete: You can delete any specific transaction or your entire account and all associated data at any time. See Section 4 for instructions.
  • Right to Access: You can view and export your dashboard data whenever you choose.
  • Right to Correct: You can update inaccurate personal information via your account settings.

Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently removed from our servers except where retention is required by law.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) for data in transit and secure storage protocols. Our infrastructure (including our verification bridge) is designed to ensure that sensitive financial strings are never exposed to unauthorized parties.

7. Children's Privacy

Aimvoice is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe such data has been collected, please contact us immediately for removal.
